  <dc:description xmlns:ns0="xml" ns0:lang="fr">Un·e enseignant·e universitaire qui souhaite réguler ses pratiques professionnelles pour répondre aux besoins des apprenant·e·s est parfois en déficit d’informations pour identifier les actions à entreprendre. Afin de permettre de dépasser son ressenti et ses propres impressions, deux Hautes Écoles pédagogiques de Suisse romande ont développé un outil numérique nommé OURA, qui a pour but de soutenir la régulation des activités d’enseignement/apprentissage au niveau universitaire. Cet article expose les fondements théoriques qui étayent son développement : d’abord les démarches de data-based decision-making et d’analytique de l’enseignement, puis les fondements théoriques des différents domaines et dimensions pris en compte dans l’outil.</dc:description>

Um dieser zu erlauben über die eigenen Gefühle und Eindrücke hinauszugehen, haben zwei Pädagogische Hochschulen in der Westschweiz ein digitales Tool namens OURA entwickelt, das die Regulierung von Lehr-/Lernaktivitäten auf Hochschulebene unterstützen soll. Dieser Artikel erläutert die theoretischen Grundlagen, die seiner Entwicklung zugrunde liegen: zum einen die datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung und die Lehranalyse, zum anderen die theoretischen Grundlagen der verschiedenen Bereiche und Dimensionen, die im Tool berücksichtigt werden.</dc:description>

Per favorire la possibilità di andare oltre alle sole sensazioni e impressioni, due Alte Scuole Pedagogiche della Svizzera romanda hanno sviluppato un dispositivo digitale chiamato OURA, che mira a sostenere la regolazione delle attività di insegnamento/apprendimento a livello universitario. Questo articolo illustra i presupposti da cui prende avvio lo sviluppo di tale dispositivo: in primo luogo il processo data-based decision making e l’approccio dell’analitica didattica, e successivamente le basi teoriche dei diversi domini e dimensioni
presi in considerazione nello strumento.</dc:description>

In order to enable him or her to go beyond his or her own feelings and impressions, two Universities of Teacher Education in the French-speaking part of Switzerland have developed a digital tool called OURA, which aims to support the regulation of teaching/
learning activities at the university level. This article explains the theoretical foundations that underpin its development: firstly, the data-based decision-making and the teaching analytics, and secondly, the theoretical foundations of the various fields and dimensions taken into account in the tool.</dc:description>
