User roles
3 user roles exist in SONAR.
Submitter
Submitters are usually researchers or a students.
Permissions
- Can submit publications.
- His/her submissions must be validated by a moderator to be published.
Moderator
Moderators are usually librarians. They can do everything that submitters can do.
Additional permissions
- Can validate deposits from his/her organisation.
- Can edit or update already published documents.
Admin
The administrator is usually one librarian per organisation. He/She can do everything that moderators can do.
Additional permissions
- Can delete already published documents.
- Can list, create, edit and delete users (moderators and submitters).
- Can manage the organisation settings.
